Michael Watson - Chairman
Michael ("Mike") was Director of Marketing and Technical Strategy for ICL/Fujitsu, Managing Director of BICC Technologies, Director of Sales and Marketing for AEA Technology plc, and Chief Executive of Tertio Ltd. He was previously a non-executive director of AIM listed Spectrum Interactive plc, Xitec plc and OSI Group plc.
Brendan Mullin - Non-executive Director
Brendan is Managing Director of Bank of Ireland Private Banking. Prior to that, Brendan held positions at NCB Stockbrokers and Quinlan Private Capital
Colin Tucker - Non-executive Director
Colin was Deputy Chairman of Hutchison 3G Europe between 2003 and 2007. He was a founding main board director of Orange plc and Managing Director of Hutchison 3G UK (trading as 3) between 2000 and 2003. He is a non-executive director of FTSE-listed technology company Monitise plc.

John O'Shea - Chief Executive Officer
John joined zamano in 2002, becoming CEO in 2005. An electronics engineer, John worked with Siemens and AT&T in Germany and the USA for 11 years, before joining a web start-up in 1997, which he sold in 2000 for €10M to Horizon Technologies. John obtained an MBA from the Open Business School in 1998 and recently completed Leadership 4 Growth, a Stanford University program.
Colm Saunders - Chief Financial Officer
Colm qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and worked in London with CCF Charterhouse in their coporate finance group. In 2000, he moved to NCB Stockbrokers where he worked in mergers and acquisitions and fund raising for high growth Irish companies. Colm then joined Spectel, for whom he raised US$45m in both debt and equity funding.

Margaret O'Connor - Head of Customer Experience
Margaret O'Connor joined Red Circle in 2004 after spending 4 years with iTouch. As Marketing Manager, Margaret helped grow the Red Circle business in Ireland, Australia, UK & US. Margaret is responsible for customer experience.
Ross Conlan - CTO
A Finance, Enterprise and Computing graduate, Ross joined Red Circle in 2002 after spending 2 years on his own mobile start-up. Ross became the technical lead in 2005 and managed the rollout of Red Circle's Global SMS platform which enabled the company to connect to Ireland, Australia and the UK. Ross is responsible for development and operations.
