Gerard Dowling: Founder, President & CEO
A graduate of Computer Systems from the University of Limerick
Ger worked for McGraw-Hill for many years in many roles, from General
Manager of Software Development, Galway, Ireland to strategic advisor
and Chief Technology Officer for Europe based in Manhattan, NY.
In early '95 Ger left many years of multinational experience and
joining WOMEX one of the first internet trading companies as Executive
Vice President of European operations based out of Dublin, Ireland.
He opened six satellite sales offices throughout mainland Europe
and the European operation accounted for over 30% of WOMEX's sales.
Despite having a great system and a great idea, it was too early
and WOMEX unfortunately had to cease operation in mid '97.
Ger than established his own company Call Two providing interactive
voice services to Irelands top multinationals.
Following extensive research Ger concluded that Voice technology
would be the next major wave to access information.
In April 2000, Call Two was re-launched as Red Circle to reflect
this new change in focus.

Sean O Neill: Chairman & Executive VP Sales
Sean is a leading consultant to Internet and Technology companies
Since establishing his practice in 1994 ( after 30 years at IBM
) , he has become involved in a wide range of Technology businesses,
as a Business Advisor, as an Investor, and as an Executive. In many
cases these involved start-up situations. In 1994/95 he was strategic
advisor to Ireland's first internet service provider Ireland Online
( now owned by British Telecom ).
Along the way Sean was also Sales Advisor to Bank of Ireland in
respect of Retail Operations in Ireland and Britain.
Sean's experience at IBM covered the range from Technical to Sales
to Management. As a Sales Manager, he managed technical and sales
teams in Telecommunications, Software and Mainframes. As part of
the Executive Team, he was responsible for Strategic Planning, Pricing,
Channel Management and Product Marketing. He also set up and was
Managing Director of Think Computer Systems, IBM's IT outsourcing
and facilities management subsidiary.
Sean represents the "grey hairs " on the Team .

Cathal Fay: Chief Operations Officer
Cathal has 11 years experience in the IT and telecommunications
industries.
He has had a variety of management roles from Project Manager to
Chief Technology Officer.
He is a graduate of Electronic Engineering in UCD with a Masters
Degree in Computer Applications from DCU.
Prior to Red Circle, Cathal co-founded Estuary Technologies, an
early player in the PDA and mobile phone software market. As CTO,
he led the development of a portfolio of applications for the mobile
business person running on these devices.
Working with Broadcom Eireann he managed Broadcom involvement in
European telecommunications provider collaborative research into
user-friendly provisioning of telecommunications services.
He held a variety of positions with eircom including core network
switching development and management of eircom R&D partnership
activities.
